"Terrible. I spent over an hour waiting to see the doctor, and she spent about five minutes with me. I felt rushed out the door could hardly get a word in, and the doctor kept speaking over me. She prescribed a bunch of medication‘s for me and I was unable to get the antibiotics filled for up to a week due to the staff not calling the pharmacy back to send clear instructions for the medication."

"Impossible to get anyone from this office to call you back. My husband goes without medication he needs for days because they never send the refills to the pharmacy after appointments. Dr Bagha is rude and has zero compassion towards her patients. She blames everything on her staff and told us “they’re all liars and lazy and she’s just salary” so nothings her fault. Looking for a new pcp as we cannot deal with this anymore. There’s so much more I could say about bad experiences we’ve had here."

"Dr. Lacour is an excellent doctor. He takes his time snd doesn’t rush you out when you have questions or need extra time to discuss anything. His staff was respectful and good with my daughter during our last visit. Great bed side manner. Highly recommend him."

"10 out of 10 would recommend. Dr. Lacour clearly loves his job and does it not for money. He is very respectful and on top of his service. He is pro parental choice. Isn't a bully and cares for his patients. My daughter has received excellent service. He calls his patients back and personally checks on them rather than having a nurse or someone call. He is easy to talk to kind and super helpful. Best customer service. Best facility too. It's a nice sized office and front desk staff to me have always been really nice."

"Evidently all of the issues with the front desk have been resolved or I’ve just been lucky over the past year and a half (we’ve had 4-5 visits in that time) because I’ve never experienced what others have given poor reviews for. Some staff is friendlier than others but no one has ever been rude or unpleasant whatsoever. My son is a patient of Dr. Lacour and we love him. We chose him based on his many positive reviews and we weren’t disappointed. My son is doing great thanks to Dr. Lacour implementing some changes in medication. His nurses are all great and we have no complaints."
