"I usually go here for my visits for my regular check ups. Usually when i get my blood work done, i get the results the next day whether i call in or they call me. I have seen one doctor since i've been at this location but since i've been there they changed doctors 3 times. SMH. I call for my results. The person who answers the phone says "your results were received friday afternoon but have not been read as of yet. it takes about 3 days for them to read them and get with you." It is now day 4. I call and the person who answers the phone says they have not been read. What is taking so damn long!!! Time to change doctors!!!"
"I had an impacted ear. Meaning i had alot of wax in my ear and could not hear well out of it. I confused it with an ear infection. As soon as they washed them out i started to hear better. I felt dizzy but it was normal. After three days all my hearing came back now im waiting to see if the tinnitus goes away but its so light i can bearly notice. Good job this time i say."
"Its my second time coming to this clinic and I Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. First time i came took me 1 hour to just get called in and it was not even busy. You wait a lot of time for them to just called you in and then wait more time to get check-up. Very dissapointed with the staff that move this clinic."
"after a week and half of not being able to get ct scan results. I had to call the other place and fix the issue. made app to review results, only to be seen after 2 hrs of waiting even though I had told them I needed to pick up my kids from school. incompetent people who cannot make a call to fix problem. I find this very disrespectful."
