"I saw Dr. Bond in the woodlands office. She was competent and would have been a good option going forward but unfortunately the staff is horrendous. After waiting three months for a follow up appointment they cancelled 45 minutes before on the day of saying she was never going to be in the office. And then when I tried to reschedule they said her soonest was in 2 months. At no point were they going to work me in regardless of them screwing up. In addition, the nursing staff takes forever to respond to messages and when they do they’re nasty and completely uncooperative. It’s all disappointing since Dr. Bond would be a great option if she had a staff that didn’t make life miserable."
"When I walked in two people had no masks on. Another walked in without one. Then a lady came out of the exam area very upset. She was elderly with a cane. She asked about what she had been told and the person at the help desk told her “well the person you talked to ( here at the desk) was in the back and couldn’t help her. The lady said “ well, I have to go, I can’t deal with this” the women at the desk laughed when she left. A few minutes later she made a scene about me not having a mask on. I said why didn’t they say anything about the others not wearing a mask? She said everyone had a mask on with disdain in her voice. A male was there at that time mumbling under his breath to her to not put up with it ( not exact words, his were disrespectful) In a smart Alec voice she told me to put one on. I said I wouldn’t lie about that, they smirked at each other and said something smart. The guy left then the confrontational woman said she was going to document the “incident.”and left in a huff. Another lady in a wheel chair came in just now and they said her appointment had been changed this morning. The lady said she had written down this time and was told they left a message. The elderly lady checked literally right then in front of her. There was no call. Another lady right in front of me is being given a discount for a mistake they made as well. They are discussing her medical info right here in public. The guy is back and leering at me. Sadly common unprofessional demeanor. I know nothing will change here. I noticed that now they are Politely asking people to put a mask on. Professional people would have just apologized they didn’t notice the others with no mask and there would have been no issue. Even now they are glancing at me and trying to figure out who I came in with. I’m sure they will punish my wife for this."
"Had appointment for my annual checkup. Nursing assistant asked me if I was fatigued. I'm 65 I'm always fatigued. She tells the Dr and the COVID fear kicks in. The Dr refused to come in at all. I guess even after having all the vaccines they are scared of COVID-19. I drove 80 miles for a five minute call. Nobody checked my heart, lungs, prostate, etc. What a complete farce. This is the care you get today. Oh well time for a new PCP."
"Dr. Blessing and Dr. Greenblatt are excellent physicians. So sweet with every visit, and highly informative. Dr. Blessing sees my children and my PCP is Dr. Greenblatt. This location has been our primary doctor's office for several years, and I will continue to bring my family here. The office is very clean, waiting area and bathrooms as well. The back rooms are bright, and tidy. Lily at the front counter is the nicest lady when we sign in for visits. I don't hardly ever wait long to be called back. Nina and Candy are the best nurses I've ever had at a doctor's office. They are so nice to my children, and when I call they always relay the information to the doctor, and get back to me quickly on MyChart. Making appointments are easy and quick whether over the phone or through the MyChart app. My only complaints is Deborah the front can be harsh in her tone and rude. I always ask for Lily! There is also an older woman (phlebotomist) in the area to take blood, she is rude. The other woman, however, is kind to me and my children. They also accommodate with blood draws for my children in a private room when requested. Overall, I really like this office (contrary to other reviews). I will continue to use this Methodist location as my primary care clinic."
"Dr. Blessing and Dr. Sidhwani are amazing!! I went to an urgent care clinic for my 4 yr old and was tested for everything and results came back negative. She had a fever of 101 for 3 days straight with no explanation. I finally went to Dr. Blessing and they ran a few tests. Later that night Dr. Blessing texts me and said that the results came and she sent a prescription to the pharmacy. WOW!! I thought I would have to wait till the next business day to get results. Instead Dr. Blessing called and texted me (personally), AFTER hours to make sure my 4 yr old gets her medicine ASAP. I’ve never been treated with such courtesy by any physician before. Highly Recommend!!"
