"-0 Stars. Horrible staff here lied to Metro Transit and they end up terminating me from my position with the company. On 02/21/24 around 2:PM, I came straight here from my interview needing to use the bathroom bad and I informed the young lady at the desk. I was the only client in the lobby. The clerk at the desk asked for my ID and paperwork, and she told me to sit down. My phone was still on silent from my interview and 40 minutes passed when I heard her telling a client that just came in to look for a text on his phone to register. I came to the desk and asked her why she didn't tell me about the text to register. She said that she forgotten to tell me and that she just sent it to my phone. I replied okay and advised her I can't hold my urine any longer. I asked can I go somewhere to use the bathroom and come right back? She said no and I will not be able to come back to complete my urine sample for Metro. I was dancing leg crossing and trying my best not to urinate in the lobby in my pants. She called the gentleman came in after me next to the back. I waited additional 30 minutes aftewards. I was finally called to the back and gave me cup I ran to the stall...I end up urinary half in my pants and on the stool and floor. Not much made it into the cup and the tech said it wasn't enough. I had to keep drinking water and tried 2 more times because it wasn't enough they needed. I said bye to them and inform them I did clean up my miss in the bathroom. I couldn't hold my urine I did nothing wrong and there was no kind of negative behavior from me they falsely reported to Metro.None at all. I don't understand why would they lie and cost me my career at Metro."
"I went here 2 days in a row, the first day the receptionist wasn’t very friendly and I had to leave bc they didn’t accept the insurance I mistakenly thought I had (long story) and just out of pocket fee starts at $180. After I got my insurance stuff straight I went back the next day (last night 1/10/24) received a friendly greeting by different receptionist, and the doctor was nice but he seemed to be rushing, not reassuring me as I was explaining my situation so I left not knowing what caused my issue. Not satisfied at all."
"I visited Next Level Urgent Care in Garden Oaks last night and had a positive experience. I've had an off and on viral infection for a couple weeks but was overall okay until I lost my voice later in the afternoon and decided I needed to see someone. Next Level is close to my home and one of the only urgent cares open later in the evening. I walked in without an appointment was checked in, seen and back out within 40 minutes. I thought the staff was efficient and caring, I would certainly go back if I had something similar happen again."
"I went in Thursday after I left work feeling really sick fever sore throat coughing body aches. They did the flu/covid testings etc. I saw I guess she was a nurse practitioner discussing what was going on with me she said she would prescribe me something for the coughing. I asked the receptionist for a paper for work she went to the back area I heard her say I needed a return to work paper the people in the back were all joking around laughing someone said something about flavor flav when someone mentioned fever are whatever they were laughing at well I left waited at home for a call about my medicine nothing on Thursday so Friday morning I called they said they had nothing I called next level Friday morning the lady said the nurse practitioner Dr whomever she was didn't have anything in her notes about the medication so I said what she told me she was calling in to the pharmacy. The lady said I will reach out to them I said so they will let me know when they call prescription in she said yes. Well today is Saturday I called the pharmacy still nothing. I called next level once again I spoke to a Ron he said no they didn't send it but I will work on it and get it sent for you. This is unacceptable that she didn't put what she told me in her notes and didn't call in the medication I am glad it wasn't nothing more serious maybe if the laughter and joking around could have waited a bit she could have done her notes and had them call the medicine in and not have forgotten. I had trouble with the same thing for my daughter and her meds with next level. I know we all have fun times at work but make sure your job is done thoroughly first. Added note Ron just called me back to let me know that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Thank you Ron for diligently doing your job"
"When I called, receptionist friendly and quick to send appropriate link for me to register. In touch w me to let me know room ready as we traveled there to see MD. Promptly got me in a room, saw the MD within 15 min., recd script, and out the door within 45 minutes. Staff pleasant, professional, caring. Most definitely would recommend this UC and Dr Chang. Post script. To the person who asked about finding med records: I downloaded the app FollowMyHealth and created an account and was able to find the record of my visit."
