"I am afraid to go back to the Northwest clinic, or any Harris Health clinic or hospital. After 5 weeks and 3 visits, I ended up at Hermann Memorial Hospital with critically low potassium levels. (2.0) I couldn't walk and was ignored by 2 HH doctors. My heart was in arrythmia and Hermann was preparing to give me a blood transfusion. Luckily my potassium levels began to increase. The Harris Health Dr. who ordered my lab work received the results the next morning (Friday) and didn't even call me regarding the results. She waited until Monday to message me on the app. No one cared. I could have had a heart attack. I contacted HH administration and nothing was done. Again, no one cared. They wear white coats with Baylor stitched on them. What a joke. Worst experience I have ever had with doctors."

"Dr Willams and her nurse, Thelma make an excellent team! We just met both of them and they were both so kind, helpful & thorough! The doctor worked well with our daughter, and validated her concerns about wanting to stop medication. (Yikes!) The doctor handled it beautifully & made a plan to address each of the issues, one by one, moving forward. Both my daughter, and myself felt "heard!" Sooo nice! Recommend this doctor and facility 100%."
