"Treatment wise - I found a nice summer deal on laser hair removal so I decided to give it a try. Before I started officially getting the treatments on my face, I was told 6 treatments was all I needed even though I repeatedly tried to make sure that was the case (I'm indian and we tend to have thicker hair). I was told "not to worry and that most of the hair would be gone within 3 treatments). Incredibly excited, I started the treatments and while I did notice a change in the thickness of the hair within the first 3 treatments, it all definitely grew back within the month. 4 treatments in and I honestly don't see a big difference as much as I wanted to believe in laser hair removal. Now I know that I probably require more treatments, but I specifically asked her multiple times before even starting...so it irked me that she was very adamant that I would only need the 6 treatments. Service wise - Honestly the whole experience started out great and the staff was very friendly. Things started to get a little sketchy at the beginning of this year. I was supposed to have my 5th treatment at the beginning of January. However, about 2 weeks prior to my apt. date I got called and was told that they were closed on the day I was supposed to have my apt so we pushed it back to the following weekend. In the middle of the week I was called again and asked to come in on a different day because my laser technician was going out of town and that the machine was getting some maintenance done (or so I was told). I was unable to make this apt given that I only had a few days notice and I already had prior commitments made the day they wanted me to come in. I was told to call them back in 2 weeks and that my laser technician would be back and we could go ahead and schedule the apts then. I called back 2 weeks later like I was told and was told that the laser technician would be back the following Monday. I called that Monday and was now told that she wouldn't be back for another month and that the laser machine still wasn't even back. When I asked how long they expected the laser machine to be out for, the lady told me "I have no idea" ......uhhh...what do you mean you have no idea? She didn't offer any sort of solution and just stated the she didn't know when or even if the machine would be back at that location. I'm sorry, but that's a bit ridiculous. Luckily a few days later I was able to make an apt. with the Galleria location (which already seemed MUCH more helpful) so hopefully I'll have a better experience with them. Hope this helps some of you out!"

"Extremely disappointed! I brought a .8cc of Radiesse on a Groupon special and made an appointment for the injection. I got there and the staff was nice enough in their attempt to upsale me on things I did not come for. That I always expect. However, I was adamant that I was only there for what I paid for. I finally made it to the doctors room and when he came in, I was amazed at the bad work that someone had done on his face! He spoke and continued to tell me that I needed more for what he was trying to accomplish and not what I wanted. Within a minute, he did the injection on one side and I specifically told him and his nurse where I wanted the injections but I could tell he was not injecting that area so I asked for a mirror. His reply was, "yes, in just a minute". He did the final injection and said,"thank you" and walked out. I was like, "Damn", just like that. Looking in the mirror i could instantly tell he had missed the mark since I had Juvederm done about 2 years ago at another clinic who let me hold the mirror the whole while and it was to my liking. It seemed as though, he was so concerned with what he wanted and the fact that I was there on a Groupon that I was put in a "third class patient" status. I even asked if there was anything left in the needle and he said, "no" but never bothered to show me the needle. I will NEVER go back to Med-Cure and would not suggest this place to anyone. On top of that, they have some of the most expensive prices in the city. So here I am almost a week later, after spending over $300.00 with the same face I had prior trying to find another clinic that has my interest in mind and have no problem in giving me what I want with a bit of patience and consideration."
"Waited for 2 1/2 hours for the doctor to ask me 3 questions for a prescription refill. They requested absurd tests and exams only to bill the insurance company more. Use this physician if you would like to receive higher insurance premiums and drain your wallet."
