"I’m getting a different primary doctors office, i made an appointment, had to wait a week then i arrived check in and then sat there for 20 minutes after my appointment to then be told that they had to cancel my appointment and I could reschedule a few days later. I went somewhere else, i then last week made a doctors appointment again with this office waited 4 days and then got a call at 9 in the morning same day as my appointment. saying they had to cancel my appointment AGAIN. Telling me I can reschedule in a week or go to the walk in clinic. Super annoyed by this doctors office, as I’ve also never seen an actual doctor there only PAs."

"5*, I felt like Dr. Weipert was caring and listened well, and started treatment immediately. Knowing my financial & insurance situation yet showing me respect anyhow. Front office staff and nurses are all respectful and compassionate."

"Went here for flu shots only. Never seen a Dr here. First person told us could not check us in until Dr. Arrived. Then receptionist finally arrived late and said same thing. Didn't make sense to us. Then a nurse came in from back and said don't need Dr. here to check in. So they checked us in. Staff was not very friendly, not rude though. Didn't seem to know what they were doing except that same nurse that gave us our shots. She was great!!!"

"Dr Fisher is excellent. I would absolutely use her as my primary care. The huge concern is she has no permanent help. Today there were 2 people who floated to help in the clinic. The gal at the desk was 15 minutes late. I really had expected a more professional upfront presence. Not a good first impression. It is very hard to believe that Scott and White leadership doesn’t ensure the Physicians have what they need to service the Lago community. The 2 floats were nice yet the desk gal who was late just can’t be engaged if she doesn’t take responsibility to be on time. I was called to be given a 7:45 arrival and stood out front waiting for staff to allow patients in. It’s not comforting for there to be such chaos from point of entry. This amazing physician deserves a better support process.. I am willing to give it another try if Scott and White administration can get their act together to provide resources this physician needs to build business."
