"My husband had just had his feet, with shoes on, sitting on the bed, so obviously it was not clean. Whatever he had been walking in was now at the foot of that bed. The tech walked in and just dropped all the supplies to insert an iv into his arm in that same spot. My jaw dropped and I told the tech, “his shoes were just on the bed where your supplies are” and his response was simply, “it’s fine, they’re capped.” As a side, the bedside manner was terrible and nobody that walked in our room introduced/identified themselves which is usually protocol for HCPs (ie “hi, I’m nurse so and so”). We will not be back"

"I hadn’t been able to shake my cough for 3+ weeks and went into Vik with only a bit over an hour before I needed to pick my daughter up from school. They sped me through the process and got me taken care of. I appreciate them so much. Great bedside manner and always fast."

"My son and I waited well over an hour to go to a room. Only one other person was in the lobby waiting room, so it wasn’t busy with patients. They didn’t seemed understaffed, as there were far more staff than patients, and a lot of chit-chat and laughing going on in the back (which I have no problem with, but difficult to listen to while waiting so long). After seeing the doctor, getting an X-Ray, We had to leave as we had been there over 2 hours and could no longer stay. Did not find out if my son had a serious injury and was told to follow up with his pediatrician. It was a waste of time going there."

"Sadly, this is one of those places that makes you feel like they don't believe you when you tell them the issues you're having. My partner and I both came in for two completely different issues & we both left with little or no help and the same feeling that our symptoms weren't "believed". They did absolutely nothing for me except charge me $130 and tell me I probably had a cold. Even though I reported body aches and nausea as my main symptoms and didn't really have the usual cold symptoms (runny nose & fever). And had specifically asked for a Z-pack or something like it because it was the first bad day on symptoms for me and I'm a mom of two and don't get days off. My partner had poison ivy and a pretty serious spider bite- but they refused to believe it was a bite and insisted it must all be poison ivy, despite his best efforts to provide pictures of the original bite which were pretty obvious. Cut to now- a few days (and a few hundred dollars) later and the steroids they prescribed are helping the poison ivy (which really wasn't the main concern) but the spider bite still looks very concerning. And we may still have to seek out further medical attention for it elsewhere as it has now been over a week and it's still very inflamed. I completely understand there's only so much a clinic can do, but the one thing they always should accomplish is listening to their patients and using the information/symptoms they provide you with to help come to a diagnosis. Not just disregard what doesn't fit the quickest in & out method we experienced. I would have given .5 stars if I could... This place really just felt like they just try to rush you in and out (despite the place being a ghost town) and take your money."

"This was my second time visiting Complete Care, the first was when my husband was sick. Both times we were seen quickly and treated wonderfully. The entire staff from check-in to the doctors were friendly, welcoming and compassionate. We were never made to feel rushed and both of us felt we were listened to and treated with care. It’s so nice knowing there is a medical team we can trust available to us when we can’t see our regular physician. I will recommend them without hesitation."
