Convenient Urgent Care

"I arrived here @ 653pm and there was about 4 people in the waiting room. When I got to the counter the lady asked may I help you like it already wasn’t obvious I was there to get seen. She stated they stopped taking patients , WHEN THE SIGN SAYS THEY CLOSE @ 8 and they stop taking patients at 730. Now I understand 730 but an hr before you close you stop taking patients ? I WILL NEVER RETURN. When I asked for a manager and a managers name she stated she wasn’t allowed to give it to me. I literally had to drive 20 mins to another urgent care that closed at 8 as well , clean, no patients and they stop taking patients when they are supposed to which is the time that they close."

"Went to the see the doctor on a Saturday and I was seen with a student and some fat Indian guy with the glasses, total fail. The dude likes to joke around in a disrespectful way which I didn’t find funny when I’m there on a serious matter. Whoever is reading this make sure you touch basis with him and tell him to be more professional..I’m a frequent patient there pls don’t make me have to go somewhere else.."

"When i tell you i have been in houston for 13 years and have always had to sit in a emergency room with my kids for hours with sometimes being admitted i , this urgent care was soooooo fast and consistent, the front desk clerks ALL OF THEM worked together as a team to get us checked in. We got to the back it was very very fast the doc came in and assisted us and told us the problem strait like that ! Did not have to pay for parking, we were treated right even me as a parent , yes yes yes ! I will be coming back for sure , never going to a emergency room again do you hear me !!!!! Doc Gilbert is so amazingggggg and has a big personality great sense of humor we love him already !!!!"

"I have been there 3 times. 1st time. My wife and I were trying to get tested for covid. They said that there system was down so they were not able to verify our insurance, so we were told that it would be 95.00 if we paid out of pocket......lmmfao. 2nd visit earlier today. Male employee on the phone making me a 12:00 appointment said that it may be 40.00 depending on your insurance. Ok cool........3rd visit female checks appointment and comes outside and said that it will be 60.00 because insurance Doesn't cover covid testing anymore.......And they never answer the phone."
