"It's the check in for me. Literally the first people you are greated by are rude and tacky. The young chick Ryan seems to hate her job. Checked me in, and it was too much for her. No eye contact, good morning, nothing. Checking out she also was rude to another patient all while man handling her ice at the bottom of her cup. Maybe some people training for her and waking up on the right side of the bed would help her little attitude better and being professional."
