"The front staff is very slow and the lady was rude. I didn't like her attitude but I really like my new APRN violet she is awesome. If I didn't live 7 min away and if Violet wasn't working there I would not go. Violet you rock!!!! I give this place 1 star Violet you get 5 stars for being so approachable and knowledgeable."
"Not good went for appointment check in was waiting and notice i wasn’t getting called so i went to the front and they didn’t check me in so appointment got cancelled so reschedule second time the doctor was out and had to reschedule again would not recommend this place at all"
"I am soooo happy with the facility and Dr. Loeschen. I’ve been shuffling around trying different doctors in the city and was giving up hope after being rushed and met with apathy about my health. The receptionists were kind, the facility was clean and modern. The nurse was knowledgeable, caring and educated me about their “speak up” policy to engage in my health choices! The doctor (Dr. Steve Loeschen) was so fantastic, I still can’t believe he’ll by my PCP! He sat down with me for almost an hour and asked me about my personal life, details about my medical history and gave me great advice all in one visit. I’ve never had a doctor genuinely care or be so kind (even when discussing sensitive health issues). Love!!"
"The people at the clinic do a great job. However the billing department is horrible. I have been trying since 1/14/18 to get a correct bill for a office visit for a appointment on 1/12/18. The appointment was for my yearly physical. The NP no longer works Fridays so I saw the MD. I was billed $237. I was not credited for the $20.00 co-pay. I have never been charged for a physical before so I called the billing department on 1/22/18 at 11:45 and talked to Delores. I was told that the bill had not been submitted to the insurance company. She told me to throw away the bill and wait for the next bill. Please note I have insurance through Scott and White. On 3/9/18 I contacted Scott and White billing and was told they were still waiting on the insurance company. On 7/24/18 I received a refund of $17.52 for overpayment of 1/12/18 visit. I just assumed the bill was taken care of. Today I received the exact same bill I received on 1/14/18. No credit for the co-pay of $20.00. So my chrismas is paying this bill. Next time when I have open enrolment I'm going to look hard at my options."
"Handy that they are right here in Burnet. The My Chart is very nice. Fairly easy to get an appointment. But if you have any problems with prescriptions, they are very, very difficult to work with. My insurance changed and my husband didn't tell me he was almost out of pills that regulate his heart. (They had been on auto-refill, but BCBS changed to another mail-in pharmacy.) BS&W staff won't listen to me and won't refill the prescription in a timely manner. I'm sure they blame us, but I've explained it to 3 people now, gave them my new insurance information, told them that OUR OLD MAIL-IN PHARMACY was out of my insurance plan as of 10/1/18 and that I needed the Rx's sent to HEB, and they still haven't figured it out. I explained that my husband gets dizzy and could fall without these pills, but they don't care. The nurse said, "I will put this in my work to be done, but I don't know when I'll get to it. I have to call CVS first to make sure they didn't refill it." THEY DIDN'T!!!!! I hope she sends my husband a get-well card when he ends up in the hospital, or sends me a card if he dies."
