"I’m extremely upset I saw an ad on Instagram where it was $49 for the visit for them to decompress my back and that would also cover the x-rays. I just paid $49 for Nothing for her to tell me exactly what I already knew and no decompression. So I wasted $50 for nothing and they didn’t do what they told me they were going to do."

"I am convinced Doctors Santiago is a good doctor and has certain good expertise, but on my situation I won't advice anyone to come here first. My first few weeks for scoliosis treatment went well with some pain relief and after my last week, the pains started again, I told her about this and she suggested wearing orthotics to make it better, however this made it worse, it gave me back pains and neck pain. Not only that, all the pain I had before came back and while I also applied to pay with my insurance, TILL this day they never sent it to my insurance, I am left to pay a $5,000 bill that didn't improve my pain but made it worse. I am currently undergoing treatment with a new specialist at the hospital and I have been better. Anytime I call Dr. Santiago's office to ask why the bill wasn't sent to my insurance, I never got an answer, they always say they will but they never did. It's been 6 months and still haven't done anything towards it. It hurts me I have to pay for something that didn't improve my health."
