"Booked an appointment with doc who is 'In Network'. Had to pay a visit fee of $200 right at the entry point. Appointment was at 11:00am. Though the paperwork & stuff took us 15min, and a grace of 15min to doc, I waited 1hr + to see the doc which is not fair. Also, front desk people were not fully trained and looks like having some issues."

"Dr. Hamed is amazing. I love her energy!! She is very kind and and treats her patients with compassion. I highly recommend her!! I've been seeing CLS doctors for the past 4 years and always have a wonderful experience with all of them. If you're in the Galleria area and need a primary care physician, I would definitely see her."

"Amazing staff, very kind and caring, Nourhan did amazing job. Dr Hamed on top of the staff delivered amazing care, I was severly dehydrated and was supposed to head to the ER but dr Hamed took care of me very well!! She is not just a primary care doctor, she is alot more!! The team feels like family, Joe did great job too!"

"I was referred by my dermatologist, also with CLS Health. When scheduling the appointment over the phone, I confirmed with office staff that this doctor is in-network with my insurance (Blue Cross). My appointment was supposed to be today, December 26th, with Dr. Hamed. Upon check-in I was informed I would be 100% responsible for the cost of the visit. I asked reception staff to check again, as my plan always covers at least a portion of my visits. Reception staff confirmed, it would cost $220. I left without seeing the doctor and called Blue Cross immediately. The Blue Cross rep confirmed this doctor is in-network, and said she would call the doctor's office to figure out what happened. Doctor's office wouldn't answer the phone. Apparently their voicemail message said they're closed for the December holidays. I had just come from their office, which was very much open, so that wasn't true. Huge waste of my time. I will be looking for a different PCP. I don't know what their issue is, but I'm never recommending them to anyone. UPDATE Jan. 9, 2024: I just received a voicemail from this office asking me to confirm an upcoming appointment. I did not reschedule the one I walked out from, for obvious reasons. Tried to call back and ask why I'm scheduled. No one wants to answer the phone. What is wrong with this office?"
