"Man at the front is extremely rude and unhelpful. Was very impatient with my wife and seemed like he didn’t want to work there. Get someone else at the front because he’s not the first person I want to see/talk to when i arrive here. I will NOT be coming back."

"Staff was extremely professional, efficient, and patient. I am a contract employee going direct hire for an aviation company, I clicked the link that was given to me by human resource management, took a drug test at another company (NOT CONCENTRA), human resource management called me 3 weeks later telling me they had yet to receive my results and that I would need to take another drug test at CONCENTRA this time. I was in and out under 20 minutes. Everyone in there was extremely nice and pleasant, however this gentleman who took my sample was patient with me after a “stage fright” episode and let me drink more water until I was ready. I lost thousands of dollars by not getting un-named company to get my results in a timely manner, CONCENTRA and their staff helped me salvage what I could moving forward. Great job! 10 out of 10."
