"This facility it’s more for small stuffs, they don’t have CT scan, ultrasound or any equipment that you need if you want them to check something internally. I went to this urgent care since I thought it was associated with memorial hermann. They couldn’t even pull up my insurance card, their wifi service it’s horrible. And until you don’t show any insurance they won’t take you in. I was trying to get service for like 20 minutes and no one offered any type of help. Or try to find the insurance manually. They sent my children to get a CT scan or ultrasound and the provider told me she was going to call the place I was heading too, and they never did. When I arrived at the place I told her I was going to arrive I explained to them, and they told me no one had call. Bad experience in here, definitely would not recommend if you are having a emergency."

"Every time i have been there. I felt like the provider listened and I got good care. But. Please. Please. Change the waiting room chairs. These are the most uncomfortable waiting room chairs in ANY waiting room I have ever been in. It is miserable to feel bad and have to wait on a chair not meant for humans. Ive been in a lot of Memorial Hermann waiting rooms and never thought about the seating. That's the way it should be. The seats in this one are horrible. Any buyer or designer should sit in the chair they are buying for an hour before making a decision to force it on sick people."

The young lady at front desk was friendly and professional when I checked in showing me where to sign in, have a seat, and someone will get to you shortly. I don't think I waited 5 minutes. The doctor listen patiently and carefully to my concerns and diagnosed and gave treatment plan and to contact my primary doctor. Thank you for the care I received."
