My son has had a positive experience as a participant and has no regrets. The only downside on occasion has been the length of time spent at some of the appointments when the vaccines/placebos were administered. Keleia pops in and out offering to help in any way possible and is really a bright light. Lauren was very thorough in explaining all aspects of the study I am participating in and even offered me her personal number if I had any questions when I returned home. Mercedes is a very good “stick” and made me very comfortable when drawing blood. Cara is always very prompt in getting my ride arranged and is also very friendly.
