"This was the strangest doctor's office I have ever been to. Very friendly nurse practitioner and lady she was training but felt very unorganized. Never got my lab results until I called them repeatedly. Then found out I was billed a TeleHealth visit with the doctor called me back to tell me my results were normal. I had no idea she was billing my insurance for our brief conversation about my results. Overall did not like not having the online portal to view my results and being billed when I was not aware of it. Feels more like a esthetician’s spa than a dr office."
