"This is NOT an urgent care center, despite advertising so on their sign. They have turned me away at least 3 times for usual urgent care needs, such as a muscle spasm or UTI. I even have good insurance!! Yesterday I was given an appointment for 9:30AM over the phone, but on arrival I was told "The doctor has a problem, and can't help you until 1:00" No concern for my obvious pain."

"What a shame, to be writing a bad experience, A healthy business is not a game. We Made an appointment by phone call, using our insurance company #AMBETTER One día before the day we received a confirmation call from #FIATURGENTCARE changing the appointment day, now we're here and the receptionist and the manager says that our insurance is adding in their availability clinic list their services, however they are not going to receive us. IS OUR RESPONSABILITY TO CHECK THE INSURANCE AVAILABLE. BUT 1. We made an appointment, giving our insurance company. OUR INSURANCE NUMBER. 2. We received a confirmation email from the clinic 3. We received a confirmation call, in which the clinic changed the Day appointment.. Now we are here, and the company answer from the representative is *"the insurance company included us whiteout permission"* HOWEVER the clinic is obtaining a marketing benefits Whit that, WE THINK THAT IS NOT FAIR. 25 MINUTES DRIVING THRU THERE and received this information. Bad experience -1 Imagine a real emergency Whith this organizacional culture AT THE MOMENT TO CONFIRM they must check and they didn't do it, Think about why?"
