"this place was horrible. i was charged $40 for absolutely nothing when i told the receptionist at the front desk casa what i wanted. these guys are scammers. i was very clear at the counter on what services i wanted the lady ignored everything i said just for me to pay $40 to check my weight. waste of time. everybody slow. nobody know what’s going on, how much nothing cost. horrible business needs to be closed down expeditiously i will be contacting corporate , whomever !"

"Why make an appt when your waiting over 2 hours almost 3 for a room!!!! This is ridiculous. My appt was at 11:45. I showed up a little earlier since it was my 1st visit to do paperwork......it took 30 min to be called up and then about another 30 minutes for additional forms to be completed. Why couldn't they give them to me all at once? Instead wasted a whole hour on sitting and paperwork. I was the last one called to a room and left with NOBODY else there at 3. Seriously!!!!?? People who came after me all left before me and I had an appt. Never again."
