"Communication is non-existent at this clinic. The dr doesn't communicate with his staff, the staff doesn't communicate with each other. The staff asks the patient if the dr prescribed anything. If you're looking for a clinic that actually reads charts, has communication between staff and doctors, and knows what they're doing, this is NOT the place to go to."

"If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. I have been coming here since I was a child never had an issue till now in my mid 20’s. They never answer the phone, staff who answers the phone is always very rude. Lack communication, didn’t put in 2 of my prescriptions and I had to call to let them know I was missing my prescriptions. Didn’t send in the correct paperwork for the pharmacy so my medication has been ready but I can’t pick it up due to it not being PA’d (prior authorization, needed if you have insurance) it’s been 10 days since I’ve come to the clinic and still haven’t received all my medication I was told they were going to send over the PA yesterday so I called my pharmacy today and it still wasnt done. Definitely will not be back or recommend to anyone I know."

"I've been going there for quite some time for couple years. And all of a sudden, they've gotten very sloppy. I went to the doctor the doctor had a paper that Were results for another patient not my information? Then I go back to the doctors they forgot to put other information that i need it of blood work. So i go back again to the doctors office again to get my results . They didn't have all the results and then in May I got information of a test result? And I need to get treatment for it but the doctor had me to wait.The Nurse practitioner tells me to come back in 6moths to take blood again from me. The Results were the same as of May2023. At the time I thought she was a doctor but she's a nurse practitioner and she made me wait 6 months to take another blood test and the results were the same. But I need a treatment so I got upset with one of the ladies on October. The phone which I found out on the 19th that she was a manager so I was speaking to the nurse practitioner when they told me that I can go inside the office to. Get my result, my blood work and. And she was there, and the lady I've had 2 different conflicts with that manager, and so she terminated the physician and patient relationship all because she got a little authority and she didn't like me has a ugly attitude. She was telling the nurse practitioner what i said and i told her that was a lie i didn't say that so i told the nurse practitioner what i said then the manager told her. That this was the second time we got into it and she was going to terminate me from the clinic. I didn't want to talk to her I kept talking to. The nurse practitioner, so that's when she says she was terminating my me from the clinic i have Within 30 days, they are very unprofessional there. They give you the wrong information that belongs to someone else. They're rude except for the nurse practitioner. I was already thinking about finding another doctor because they really don't do nothing there they always Refer you to another doctor to see when that is supposed to be your pcp. And every time when I go there. I never really get to see the PC p. That I wrote and said that I want it with my insurance I got."
