"Worst place ever, they act like they care at the beginning and get you in and stop caring. My mom was discharged from the hospital and was too weak to go in for her 1 week follow up, so we set up a video visit instead of an in person visit and the doctor never called. It's been a month and my mom still has not been seen. Then I called in my moms seizure medication and they refuse to refill it, and will not give me a call back. It's insane. If she has a seizure I will definitely hold them liable, since at the moment they are her PCP. We have never seen an actual doctor.....always the nurse practitioner. These people do not care about the patients, and when you try to speak with someone higher up you have to leave a message with the call center and never get a call back. Cassandra (nurse) and Veronica are good, other than that....would not recommend."
