"My son went to see their new "Dr Chandy" for the first time he was made to wait over 3 and a half hours, then the dr told him she wasn't able to prescribe him any of the medicine that he needed! When we originally called and spoke with one of the nurses he told them specifically what medication he needed refilled and they said that the dr could prescribe anything he needed as long as he had proof that he had been taking it previously so we printed out his RX Records from his pharmacy but it was just a waste of his time and the dr is highly unprofessional and she even gave him 5 referrals for drs that supposedly could prescribe hus medicine but when we called none of the drs accepted his insurance!"

"I was running eighteen minutes late to my first doctor's appointment due to heavy rain and heavy traffic conditions. Upon walking into the facility there was not many people in the waiting area and when I reached the front desk at the facility the young lady at the desk asked for my name and my appointment time and because I was three minutes past the grace period of fifteen minutes the receptionist DID NOT CONSIDER the traffic and/or the weather conditions that caused me to be late. I then explained to the receptionist the situation and the lack of respect from the receptionist is something I’ve never experienced before and the amount of inconsideration as well. It took three weeks to get the first appointment and because I was three minutes late of the grace period due to weather conditions and traffic she couldn't provide COURTESY and UNDERSTANDING. In a place like health care facilities should understand the possibilities of unmeasured occurrences and natural causes. In addition, health care providers are supposed to support you, nurture you, and help you. Centrum Health as a first experience is a 0 out 10. Choose elsewhere for your health care facility where you can see that the STAFF REALLY CARE UNLIKE CENTRUM HEALTH !!!!! ***To top it off when the receptionist rebooked me again for another appointment in three weeks she entered the time to be 10:45 am in their system meanwhile she wrote on my appointment card time to be 11:15am.*** Don't know if this was done on purpose or she is REALLY incompetent in doing her JOB! STAY AWAY!"
