"The worst office ever !!! The front office need a whole new team !! There’s never a time when I can call and just get whatever is needed done, it’s always an issues !! They pick up and hang up the phone , they cancel appointments and don’t notify the family. I wish someone can gain control and get this place back to how it used to be !My son Medication is never sent to the pharmacy when it supposed to be, the front desk lady always has an angry bird face on and is very rude ! The MA very rude and blunt not kid friendly at all! I’m going to drive all the way to spring for better service!! Not to mention they gave my daughter the same shots more than once after I informed the staff she took those shots already ! Run run run Don’t trust this team !!!!"
