"This new Great American Steakhouse is a really nice-looking restaurant. Airy plants and stone masonry, and it's naturally well lit, There's televisions from the bar that can be seen from any seat if you like. There's a spacious dining room, also a separate area for larger crowds or banquets. Our waitress Vanely was very friendly and ensured that our meals came out in a timely manner, allowing us to enjoy our appetizers. The food was hot and delicious, and the fresh rolls were a meal in itself. The steak tip tacos were amazing with grilled sauté onions."

"Good steakhouse with good service. Visited on Valentines day so it was a little hectic and is reason for the four stars. Luckily our party of three were able to get a table in the bar fairly quickly even after they said none were available. I had the Fillet, asked for medium but it was well-done. Server seem a bit hard to track down for another drink as well. Overall I would come back, it's a nice place and the food did have good flavor."

"Good times at the Great American Steakhouse in El Paso! Long day of travel on Halloween and was pleasantly surprised at the upbeat, festive atmosphere, superior customer service and delicious food. Enjoyed a mouth watering 8 oz filet with steak fries and side order of Jack Daniel’s on the rocks. Thanks to the whole crew!"

"Good steaks. Kind and hard working wait staff. Place was busy but we immediately got a table for 3. The A/C wasn’t working well, but hopefully that’s a one time thing. Even while everyone was sweating, employees kept a smile and worked together. Atmosphere is well put together, TVs for sports and a great variety of drinks to try. Appetizers are large, don’t overdo it at the start. Meals come with a side and the table receives cole slaw and beans to share. Coleslaw is lightly sweetened, not a strong vinegar taste, and crisp. Steaks cooked as ordered, with nice grill marks and flavor."
