"Everyone was so nice from the front desk on! The waiting room is peaceful and relaxing, and I got right in. Very kind and compassionate care! I’m a nurse and hard IV stick, and Kianna did a gentle and superb job of finding a useable vein. They made sure I was warm and comfortable throughout the whole test, and it was a very positive experience. Thank you to Ruby, Margot(sp), and Kianna for caring! And other staff there!"

"This office is very unprofessional, I had to move my appointment up due to emergency surgery. The office manager said that I will have to pay in full for IVP and MRI that was scheduled by my doctors office . I had to move appointment up and was told to come in and pay what I could and bring receipt that I had met deductible. They were willing to work with me and when I got there earlier than scheduled that let me sit in Lobby for an hour and said they were not willing to work with me, to pay and they would reimburse me. Bad service and not very professional find some where else to go.We are in the middle of a pandemic, it’s sad they would rather refuse service than honor their commitment to healthcare."

"I was the MRI Tech here for 1 year. It's ran by 2 managers that don't know what they're doing. 1 manager is a Realtor and the other is a CT tech that had an expired CT license the whole time I was there. They both don't know how an MRI machine works. MRI was built in the 80's and is always breaking down. They don't even have a CT machine. They only use Nuclear Medicine's built in CT scanogram or scout scans for CT, so it's very limited CT capabilities. They hire students with zero experience for Nuclear Medicine so they can pay the lowest possible salary. This is the kind of company you guys are walking into. *Review Updated on 12/06/2020: The owner of Excel Diagnostic left me a horrible voice mail of threats for this Review, saying she will sue me for defamatory also additional personal threats against my career as an MRI Technologist. Let me enlighten you. 1.A true statement is not considered Defamation. Having my Review up here will only solidify all my statements are 100% True. 2.The license you threaten to report me for not having is for X-ray Technicians. I have a valid MRI license that hospitals nationwide acknowledge. Another reason that proves, your managers doesn't know what they're doing but discrimination. You guys don't even know what licenses are required for Technicians. You threaten to report me for a license I don't need. And yet, you allowed your manager to have an expired CT license. 3.Don't ever call me again. Have your lawyer get in touch with my lawyer instead so I can counter sue you for Negligence."

"After making an appointment a week in advance I found myself in the waiting room well past my appointment time. I finally stood up to ask when the appointment would happen and was told the tech was not in the building. They had collected my insurance, co-pay and had me fill out all the forms knowing the tech was not coming into work that day "Because, like, she may have had an emergency". Do not waste your valuable time at this business."

"The facility was easy to get to and in/out of parking area. The staff has got to be the most friendliest of people. I felt as though I was at the Hilton with all of the attention. They made you feel comfortable and explained everything to you as in terms of what to expect during the testing stage etc. I would highly recommend this facility for any imaging etc."
