"*** ATTN: Dr. Hoang/Dr. Noh I called 2x today, in the morning at 8:38am & at 12:11am waiting for a call back from Dr. Hoang & have been told by the front desk personnel both times that I have to wait to get a call back about my question. I'm having an allergic reaction to the prescribed cream & I can't take just any OTC medicine because of reasons I will not disclose here. I call again at 2:59pm only to get their after-hours answering service & get Vicky who sounds like she has 0 interest in assisting me & the line keeps dropping. By the 3rd time the line dropped after getting her & asking her who I was speaking with because i want to know who keeps dropping the line, I obviously get irritated but was still civil about how this person is handling calls from patients! 4th time I called & got Vicky she immediately told me she can't talk to me & was just cold transferred to a supervisor. I told the supervisor the line keeps dropping & it seems like it was deliberate when I'm calling because I need help. Supervisor was helpful & cared enough to explain they were having blackouts due to the storm & she quickly assisted me & got all my info down & told me she will reach out to Dr. Hoang. THAT WAS ALL I NEEDED. Now I'm still waiting for a call back. On another note, we have been going here for a long time now, but my only issue with Dr. Hoang is she always seems to be in a rush from patient to patient. I understand GPs usually have only 15 mins. or less for each patient to see, diagnose, & prescribe medication, but if you have additional questions about your condition, Dr. Hoang makes you feel like you're taking so much of her time & she's ready to get out of the room. It doesn't seem like she cares to build rapport with patients at all! We are always rushed out of there & I wish Dr. Hoang would change this because we are still paying patients. We pay to be seen by her practice & ultimately are still patients, so show at least some care to us & don't treat us just like your next paycheck."
