"I have been coming to this location for quite sometime and the staff here are professional. They seem genuinely concerned about how you are feeling. When I come here I am always greated with a smile. The receptionist at the front desk is amazing she always have me at ease and always fools up with me to make sure I make my appointments. I just want to give those staff the credit that they deserve. There is a glaring issue going on that I would hope corporate take care of and this issue is not an only a concern of mine but all the other patients that I talk to. The phone system that we have to make appointments on and follow ups really stinks. It takes forever to talk to someone because it directs you all over the place and it reads out information in both English and Spanish. Most people like myself don’t have time to sit on the phone for 30 minutes to be routed to our destination. I have missed several appointments because of this system and it frustrates me that this been going on for so long. If it wasn’t for the staff. That do their do diligence and follow up with me then I would be seeking help from another medical company. Please fix your phone system because it’s not working. If you need some ideas on how to do that I am open to offer my ideas."

"I do not recommend coming to this location. I been with St.Hope over 10 years and never had any issues. The social worker Tenshia Hudson is not doing her job effectively! And the new doctor Laveda Roberts don’t care to hear what you have to say. They just want to get you in and out. After my follow up appointment I won’t be back!"
