"Customer service is horrible. You call in and get a central switchboard who doesn't know the patient and just tells you someone will call you back. You don't get a call back. You have to call again. When I finally get someone in the Alvin office (Stephanie), she just wants to argue. No. Customer service is suppossed to listen and provide answers. If the customer doesn't like the answers, apologize snd provide an alternative. Do not tell me "It doesn't matter"."
