"I found this facility through my insurance (Medicaid). The building is brand new , very clean and nice. The front desk and MA were very nice and professional. Dr. Roden was very thorough, listened to all my concerns and even ordered extra labs for one of my main concerns. I never felt rushed at all. The phlebotomist was quick and experienced. I got my lab results the next day. I had a good experience and i will definitely be coming back for any other health concerns. I recommend this facility and especially Dr. Roden! Thank you."

"I can only speak for myself. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience when we went to this office. The staff was very kind and helpful, they treated us each for different illnesses/ issues. The wait for both of us to be seen was not too bad considering we were third in line. We got seen within an hour for walk in. We talk to the staff with additional questions after our visit, and they were very patient and helpful."

"August 2023 Bringing in an edit to my 2022 review. I am now very satisfied with Dr. Roden. She is Thorough with her examination. She listens and answers to all the patients concerns and explains very well. Follows up with the patient and responds promptly through My chart portal to address all patient’s concerns. Recommend this clinic. 2022 I have been Dr Co-May Pasdar Shirazi’s patient for the last three years. We used to go to the Sugarland location. We were very happy when this new location in Richmond as it was nearer and Dr CoMay moved to this location. She was away on leave and Lisa Patel, PA attended. We patiently waited for Dr Pasdar to be back. When she returned, it was difficult to get her appointment and mostly the PA would attend. Last month we received a letter informing us that Dr Pasdar is leaving and the only option left to stay at this location to change my PCP to this new freshly graduated Doctor, Alexandria Roden. I wanted to stay with this location so thought to have my annual physical done with Dr Roden. The system was down that day and the entire staff couldn’t access any information of ours. Waiting time was around 2 hours. Dr had no clue of my medical history. She didn’t even ask about Mammograms, Pap smears, vaccinations or any of the preventive check ups. The staff said system might be down for another week. They provided hand written prescriptions as they couldn’t send them over to pharmacy again due to system down. It was quite chaotic and disappointing."

"My entire family has been going to Baylor for 1 year + and we were so excited when they first opened. From the outside the establishment is clean and newly opened and it was fantastic when the initial doctor was there but she left and it seems the clinic cannot get it together. It comes across as if all they care about is money. Whenever my family and I go we never actually get a solution. Additionally, it is so rare to get our phone calls answered and today was the final straw. My husband made an appointment that he was very keen on going for and he even rescheduled his work in order to go. When arriving for his appointment they said that his appointment was later on which is not true because he literally reschuled patients for this and even got a phone call confirming the time. He ended up getting rescheduled to next week which is very inconvenient. The person that scheduled him did so. For 4Pm which insane since he cannot eat until his appointment. There is no sense of organization it seems and we are now looking for a different PCP"

"Unsure of the low reviews, but this place is amazing. Very well thought out layout, very clean, and ample amount of parking. One side is patient entrance and the other staff, very well streamlined. Dr Roden is a young, empathetic professional, who is up to date with all care. Myself, is borderline on taking maintenance medicine, and she provided options vs. what I am used to, enforcement of medication. She listened, took down notes, and provided options. Genuinely concerned of my situation. All of the staff are great, from the professionals at the front desk to the medical staff, I couldn't be happier with the service provided."
