"This place is something else. I get there early as heck and get moved from room to room just to continue to wait with severe back pain. I don't recommend this practice. They should just shut it down. It's gone down hill in the past couple of years. New PAs leave constantly."

"I’ve gone to this practice because my parents went so I just went as well when I turned 18 and have gone for quite awhile. They used to have some good PAs that have since left. I went in to have a medical clearance done for a surgery that required I get blood work and for the physician to sign off that I was healthy. The whole thing was a mess. It’s impossible to get the staff to send any records they are supposed and it’s like pulling teeth to get info. Even though my surgeon didn’t require it medic lane made me do a bunch of extra tests to milk every dollar out of it they could. Everything is disorganized and the staff is very unprofessional. My clearance was for a cosmetic procedure and the whole nursing staff was told about it and asking questions while I was there. I didn’t mind so much because I’m not shy but it could have been very embarrassing and uncomfortable for someone else to know all of that. if they spent half as much time working as they do gossiping they might actually get things sent where they are supposed to. After everything going wrong I requested specifically a doctor call me back and of course I never heard from them. I switched to a new PCP with utmb Alvin and was able to get everything taken care of immediately with a much more professional staff."

"Wait, wait, wait. Small talk to the patient next door takes up valuable time of other patients. 50 plus minutes late to my scheduled time. Ridiculous. Not everyone is retired and has all the time for the nonsense wait. Lack of respect for others’ time. Stop chit chatting and get to work."

"Let me start by saying that I absolutely loved Sheila. She listened to my concerns and asked me questions and I felt like she really cared about helping me. I also love the girls in the front and the billing department as they are amazing and treat you like a human. I had to "virtually see another PA" because Sheila left over a month ago. I am surprised that they don't notify people of Doctor's or PA's leaving. However I understand moving on. After scheduling the appointment I did research and felt like the PA I saw was decent. However I am not sure if she is more involved the more you see her, but I have been a patient there for 3 years and always saw Sheila except 1 time when I went on a Saturday and had to see one of the Doctors. I was very disappointed that time as well. I don't feel that need to be told something I can find online. If I make an appointment it is because I have no choice. I haven't decided if I will be seeing any one at this location or just looking for another provider. Please be aware all of the current PA's and Doctor's seam to be going with the sit and wait for me to call you or see you but then rush you off the virtual or out of the office."

"The Doctor’s are all excellent ! The staff checking you in are short with you & rude? The person that Calls you into the room to see the Doctor was very rude! My husband was very dizzy & unstable...I was not allowed to go back with him...due to everything going on. (I understand that) He was asked to get onto scale..he asked, could you help me?., I’m dizzy? The person told him “Sir please get on scale” A doctor overheard and came and gave him help !"
