Primecare Medical Center

"We got our immigration medicals done here. Front desk staff are rude here. They charged $700 cash for both doctor visit and lab work when we went to the medical center, however they did not pay the labs that they collected from us. We are being harassed for several months now from debt collectors to pay the labs around $400. I suggest to avoid this place."

"TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO!!!! Paid for two services, the doctor didn't provide those services I signed up for. He came in the the office, took a 15 mins personal call in front of us. Then checked my temperature and sent me back home. I was confused, so I emailed the clinic and asked about the blood test and urine test that I was supposed to do. The nurse yelled at me and said it's not their problem. Why would it not be a problem? I paid for those two services up front. They didn't proceed any of them. Then yelled at me by following up the appointment. This is TOTAL SCAM!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I wonder why they are even in operate. Is this legal?"

"Trust me. Just find someone else in your network if you can. My in network provider only suppose to charge $30 for my co-pay, somehow it’s $80 with them. I didn’t think nothing of it until I checked my policy again. Thinking it was just a yearly physical cost. It was not. Never coming back. Call to get my glucose prescription machine changed because the one they prescribed was not covered by my insurance, “no you have to come in and talk to the doctor.” It’s a simple change, it’s just a machine not a medication. Anything to make you come in and take your money."

"I called to see if they had any new openings. I was referred by my obgyn. The first person to answer the phone was very super sweet and told me they had openings, just to transfer me to the front rep. That's were it went down hill. I waited a little while. When she picked up she was very rude. "Hello? Hello? Ugh. Hello?" I was trying to talk but she cut me off several times. When I asked if I could make an appointment and if they were taking new patients, she said no and hung up on me. If you don't have people skills, don't be an rep. Makes the whole place look bad when you don't know how to talk to people."

"Worst place you could possibly go. Nurses and doctors have no real interest in the patient but worry about their financial gain. They gave my mom a B12 shot (half of it was coming out her arm) and they weren’t even apologetic for it. Mind you she has Parkinson’s and when she requested help from Dr. Lee to receive medicare, he rejected her cry for help and said it was because my parents wanted money. we have since moved from this location and found a clinic that is interested in helping them. Morale of the story, DONT GO HERE!"
