If you need and want someone who is sympathetic and empathetic and knows what she’s doing, go see Aileen!"

"I went to get tested here for Covid-19, the whole process was way faster than going to those “free” government testing sites; I didn’t have to pay a dime since my insurance covered the test and I got my results in 3 days. They charge $150 if you don’t have insurance which I think it is totally worth it!"

"Technically not a FREE testing site for COVID-19!! If you have insurance and it’s covered than you don’t have to pay but if you don’t have insurance it’s $150 CASH. Even if you have insurance , They want you to pay $25 In CASH for an evaluation and screening charge. It’s stated that the $25 will be returned once they can verify your insurance. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. There’s a lot of free testing sites on Harris county website. Don’t waste your time!!!"

"The worst place to go to test for covid ... it has been 12 days since my husband and I did the Covid test and I am still waiting for the results (my husband received the resuls today at noon). I called them today. They said they had my results, but I have to wait longer because a Dr. has to read the results to me. What??? Hello! I can read and write, I am a bilingual person and look at me I am able to do it in two languages... By the way 3 days after performing the test I had no symptoms at all, I cured myself at home with hot lemonades, acetaminophen and robitusin, so my results should say "Negative for Covid19" ... Don't waste your time and money here."

"For the COVID-19 testing, they only accept 100 people a day. My dad and I waited for 2 and a half hours just to be told at the entrance that they have no more tests. If they were to count the cars in line beforehand, then the long and pointless waits for many people will be prevented. Also, if you want to get tested, come right when it opens or earlier. If you come 30 minutes after it opens, there is a very high chance you might not get tested."
