"Just left this place because my boyfriend had an appointment for refills on his medicine due to 2 car crashes in the past year & a half. We’ve been to two different locations & they were awesome but this location I can’t say the same about! The doctor told my boyfriend “you’re black, smell like weed, & asking for narcos.” My boyfriend has a card for medical canibas but he didn’t care. The doctor mentioned drug testing him due to the smell but then took it back for some reason. He smells like weed because he’s out of medicine & is hurting hence the refills! I feel like he was very much discriminated against with the black comment & it’s very unprofessional. The doctor ended up not refilling his prescriptions & we just ended up leaving. Gas wasted for nothing."
"Yes this was my first time visiting this clinic and I have to say that everyone was so very nice and attentive. It was a really nice experience.the nurse practitioner is just the best. She took time to talk to me and to get to know me and about my pain. I truly appreciated that. Thank you"
"I have been coming to this location now over a year. I am always impressed with the professionalism from the time you work in until you meet with the doctor. I have had several different Medical Assistants especially since I have been visiting this location but during my visit today (01.12.24) Ricky was friendly and made it easy to talk with you, I didn't feel like I was just asking the necessary questions so that they can move on to the next patient. Each time I meet with my Nurse Practitioner Mercy I always feel she is considered about my well being and I am able to speak with her about any of my concerns. At the end of my visit Dominque scheduled my next appointment and immediately identify with my suggested appointment time of day. Before I end this review I want to explain that I pass up other offices that are much closer but I prefer this location."
