Realistic Medical Clinic

"I have never had such a horrible experience at a clinic in my entire life. I had went in for a standard yearly visit, that my insurance should have covered everything. Not only did they include extra stuff that I did not ask for on both my blood work and Pap, but it conveniently was not covered by my insurance. And after multiple communication attempts (and I mean multiple!), Marla, who works the front desk, was no help when I explained to her that the billing codes where incorrect. I had called the place that charges my insurance for the services and they reported to me that they had no records of anyone contacting them to change the billing codes even though I was told by the clinic that they had done it twice at that time. I don't appreciate being lied to, especially when I had been entirely understanding at the beginning of this whole situation. It has been 6 months since I've had that appointment and I am still having to deal with this back and forth game. This has been such a stressful experience so I beg you to not waste your time with this clinic like I did."
