"The staff are rude. Yelling personally information through the glass for everyone to hear. I made an appointment with a doctor and they billed my insurance as so but only had a nurse come it. The nurse stated I need a referral and to get it up front. The office staff told me to find my own doctor and I don't need a referral. The office clearly cannot communicate with eachother to provide adequate care."
"I have been in this Dr's office three times. The first time I saw a PA, second time I saw the Dr, and she didn't ask me any question about medications. She just told me she would call something in for my migraine. Well, she did call something in, med's that I cannot take. One that gives me seizures and one that tears my stomach up. She would of learned this if she cared enough to ask. Especially since she hadn't received my records yet. She didn't seem to care about the patients. The last time I was in there, I asked to please let me see the Dr, all I saw was three different nurses and they just wanted to argue with me. This Dr office also over charges the insurance. She even wanted a drug test from me. I said yes, she charged insurance over $300.00 for it. And, she still would not give me refills on my medication. She said I needed to go see a shrink before she would even consider giving me my medication refills. That showed me that she doesn't care that if a patient runs out of medications. The office staff is rude, they over book patients. I was told I was lucky that I even got to see the Dr the second time I was in that office. Please find yourself someone else. This office really does not care about the well being of patients. They only care about how many people they can cram in the office and the money from patients and from insurances. Please look for a doctor that will talk to and listen to a patient. Because it will not happen with this office."
"I came here last week as a walk in. They took me in pretty quickly. I was seen by Sandra Amado. She is very friendly, took her time explaining things to me. I was in and out in an hour and a half. I was in today with an appointment and I was taken in to be seen within twenty minutes of checking in. I'm sort of upset with myself for not finding this place sooner. I've received great care- she and her staff are incredible."
"Dr. Amado is my doctor and she is amazing! I was very sick recently and she took the time to take care of me and listen to my concerns without rushing through my appointment. Her entire staff, especially Luis, have all been professional and courteous!"
"If you have the whole day to spend at the doctors office, this is the clinic for you. They make you set up an appointment which really doesn’t matter because they will see “walk in patients” before you. The last visit I had, I spent 2 hours in the waiting room before I was even called to the back. I was informed that they were verifying my insurance, not sure why if that should be done the day before patients who have appointments are seen. This day, I spent 1/2 a day at the doctors office. The front staff doesn’t know what to do with insurance. I had a regular doctors visit, the doctor decided that SHE wanted for me to do my physical instead of the regular doctors visit that I wanted. I let the girl in the front office know that I would need to have a refund because I had paid a copay for the regular doctors visit. She let me know that I had to speak to the manager because i would have to dispute he charge. It shouldn’t be that complicated to correct an issue, specially if it was a change the DOCTOR decided. My mother had 2 visits with the physicians assistant. One of those times one of girls was taking her vitals and reason why she was there to see the doctor, the rest of the office staff was testing the speaker phones but it really sounded like “playing around” because the medical assistant couldn’t keep her composure and kept giggling. There seems to be no professionalism with the medical assistants or front office staff. One of those visits that the physicians assistant “allegedly” sent medicine to the pharmacy they never received the prescription. The 2nd time the insurance needed to clarify the medication with the clinic and they could never get a hold of anyone. It’s just been horrible going to this doctors office. And even if they did get a physicians assistant to “help” with the amount of patients they see/saw, it helps nothing that medicine isn’t being sent or they aren’t answering their phones for clarifications that are needed by the insurance."
