"My recent visit to Clinica Hispana on Pinemont left me extremely disappointed. The clinic is new and very local, which made my experience all the more frustrating. Not only was there a misunderstanding regarding the cost of services, but I also found the healthcare provider to be rude. Despite my attempts to communicate in English, they persisted in speaking primarily in Spanish, making it difficult for me to ask questions and understand the information provided. It's disheartening to encounter such lack of professionalism in a local establishment. Overall, I left shaking my head at the experience."

"This clinic is great for anyone who doesn't have insurance. Their prices are very fair and they really care about their patients. The only downside is that if you don't speak Spanish, you're not usually going to have a doctor that understands you. Fridays and Saturdays are when you are more likely to get the doctor that does, and she's very nice. I went in because I was unable to hear out of one ear. They told me to use earwax drops and come back in a couple days to see if anything had changed. That visit was only $30. When I returned two days later they did a flush of my ear because there had been no change and I felt so much better! Only cost $50 to flush that ear. Other clinics have charged me $100. This will continue to be my clinic of choice."

"I was super nervous on going to a new clinic. Let me tell you, this clinic has amazing service. The environment of this clinic was super welcoming and did not make me feel stressed at all. The staff are super professional and truly cared about my well being. The nurse and doctor were very patient with me on explaining my situation throughly. To top it all off, they are offering Covid test at a low cost. Look no further; this clinic is AMAZING!!!"
