"The receptionist is really rude!! She has an attitude on the phone, and this is every-time I call to make an appointment. It’s ridiculous and highly unprofessional, this will be my last time visiting this clinic. Other than that the doctors there are so sweet, and empathetic unto why I gave this rating. I just hope they get a better receptionist, because they’re the face of the establishment as soon as you walk in."
"The receptionist needs to be changed or addressed. It is unacceptable that you are welcomed with rolling eyes, faces and bad behavior. If you don’t like people don’t get a job where you have to deal with people everyday! She is very rude and petty. You can tell since you first talk to her that she just hates to be there."

I had two separate interactions (over the phone and in person) where she had an unwarranted attitude and rolled her eyes at me.. I believe this will create an unwelcoming environment for teens that try to come here. Do better."
