"Incompetent front desk staff, especially the mexican desk lady that was so unnecessarily prejudice! Purposely wasting time of people of color, very sad. and The other mexican lady that call my husband to get inside she closed the door in my face instead let me know to wait in lobby. All the Good works of the people that helped my husband was all spoilt by the front desk lady and thd door lady at the end of the day."

"Employees were very professional, only complaint was the long wait. Entire visit for drug test and physical combined over two hours. But the employees were extremely nice and polite, I have nothing negative to say about the employees."

"Staff was very attentive and professional. Long wait time but I was frequently updated on when I would be seen by front desk. Once I was seen they were quick and efficient. My only issue was the wait time. I would make an appointment with them ahead of time and do not suggest just walking in if you are in a hurry. Patients that had appointments seemed to be seen within 10 - 15 mins of arrival."

"I called to make an appointment, and was told they don’t take appointments. But when I arrived and checked in, I noticed other people walking in saying that they had an appointment... I also noticed that they weren’t calling patients in the order of arrival, which is unfair. I was given a wait time of 45 minutes at check in. I ended up spending three hours at this clinic for a physical exam and preemployment screen. That’s ridiculous. The exam and the screen themselves took about 10min only. Everything else was just waiting and being misled about wait times and the order for calling patients back. I had to cancel another appointment today because I wasted so much time at Concentra. I usually wouldn’t leave review, but most of the people at the desk were cold and short with me whenever I asked about the wait. As a healthcare provider, I know how busy it can get but please do better with customer service. The nurse and doctor who actually helped me were very friendly and apologetic about the wait, which I appreciate. Giving an extra star just for them."
