"I wasn’t going to leave a review but they texted me and asked for feedback. So here it is for last night’s visit. My primary care provider through Firefly had referred me to your urgent care. There are a ton nearby my home off of Highway 249 but I commuted 30 minutes to your location im sure because my provider has a partnership with you all. A Next Level rep Juan had called me because they received a call from Firefly to book my appointment to avoid any waiting. We spoke at 430 pm and next available appointment for the Spring location was 715 pm. I got there at 710, website for registration docs to be filled requested $180. Therefore, I showed the referral form as my provider suggested because I am not supposed to pay at my visit they said. And the front desk lady glanced at it briefly said she didn't know what Firefly was told me they will look into it and made me wait until almost 8 pm allowing about 3-4 guests coming in after me to be seen first. I thought my appointment was supposed to allow me to avoid a wait. Then they finally put me in a room because they obviously heard my complaining about the almost 1 hr wait. They put me in a room only to let me wait some more. When the lady came in to test my vitals, she didn't even weigh me, check my height like the referral form listed- she just asked me what they were. Then after hearing my complaint about a sore throat she wanted to only swab me for strep throat. However, if they actually cared enough to read the referral documents I provided them at check in they would see that my provider requested for me to be swabbed for Covid and the flu too. Well she had no idea. It was a complete mess. I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service, it was very unprofessional. I'm sad my provider has partnered with your urgent care who don't even know or recognize who they are ( Firefly). This team/location definitely needs better company communication and training for a smoother process for referrals like these."
"Our family normally goes to the Next Level Urgent Care| Champions location but today with a sudden need to go and appointment available decided to give it a go. Online appointment was a breeze. Staff was beyond amazing and took extra care when doing work. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of an urgent care."
"Outstanding staff. Had an injury with possible fractured bone on a Saturday night 30 mins before close. They took amazing care of us and my son. The entire staff was the most caring and professional staff. I’m was extremely pleased with the speed and service. We checked in online on the way and it was perfect. Registered with our insurance when we arrived and we’re immediately taken back. Can’t say enough kind words about the staff."
"Excellent service. Be prepared to wait and fill out forms even if the waiting room appears empty (there’s likely patients in the back rooms). Going later in the day seemed to help streamline the process. But that could have been luck of the day and time. Been here three times in a week with my children and the staff were lovely with them. Staff and nurse practitioners were both good."
