"Such a terrible place! Horrible attitudes. So I Scheduled an appointment for my kids but when I showed up they told me that they were weren't going to be able to see me today because I was late. I had the proof in my emails to show them I was not late but on time. Even with the proof, The doctor still said that I had to wait until she was done seeing all her other patients before she could take care of us, even though I was on time. They obviously do not have their stuff together and I will never use this place or recommend it to anyone."

"Recently, I was becoming frustrated with Pristine because I was trying to make an appointment for my daughter and nobody reached back out to me. I called again to leave another message letting them know I will take my daughter to another doctor if this keeps happening. Princess reached out to me the next day and maintained correspondence until I was able to schedule an appointment for my daughter. I really thank her for her help and reassurance. I really like it here so I am hoping with this expansion that you guys will flow smoothly again."
