"The wait time can stretch 3 hours past your appointment time. Not sure if it’s because they are double booking patients but there are better places for eye exams and cataract surgery that are more efficient. This isn’t an ER and patients should not have to wait hours past a scheduled appointment time to be seen. There are obvious administrative and operational problems that are impacting service and costing patients time and money."
