"I have been w UT Physicians for almost four years Until two weeks ago, I was treated professionally by every physician I have encountered. Dr. Gold is my primary physician, and he has been completely professional and thorough. However, I was sent to a Dr. that was covering for Dr. Golad, and THAT Dr. ( Eric Balcher) had some sort of mental health episode that was both embarrassing and abusive to myself, my husband and staff. I am giving UT some time to see if they do the right thing, so I will keep you posted."

He listens and carefully considers requests then does his best to navigate through the red tape of coverage limitations. He has been our PCP for more than seven years. The clinic though can be difficult, as they are extremely busy. They do their best to meet their clients needs and may not respond right away but be persistent and amicable."

"I have always had good service with UT Physicians. Their online portal is easy to use for asking questions, making appointments, and tracking history. While they make a big effort to keep appointment times accurate, yet you never feel rushed when with the nurses or doctors. The place just has a good vibe to it caused by the caring nature of the staff."
