"My experience was very dreadful and unprofessional. The doctor wasn’t very knowledgeable at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I went for an eye injury and the lady told me to go to target and get saline to flush my eye . I asked her politely do you all have saline here to do that?? Then she finallly proceeded to go get a flush. All they wanted was my money from the jump. No real urgent care evaluation. I hate I wasted my money"

"I’m glad that many people have good experiences coming here but I have tried multiple times to like it and I always feel that me and my children leave not fully treated. I don’t think they like to prescribe meds or do shots and with each illness, I’m told to drink tea. It takes so much to come to the dr when you’re unwell and then just be looked at like they are reluctant to prescribe and treat so I can feel better fast, and it’s disheartening. I prefer an urgent care that treats more aggressively and prescribes meds so that you won’t have to return during your illness. I was having severe shortness of breath after covid and was told ‘it has likely passed’.. thank God I did get better but that sums up my experience. :("
