"I like my doctor that I see here. He is attentive and caring. Unfortunately, once I leave the office, it is impossible to get timely responses from Memorial Hermann's nurse team. Such as if you need to request information needed by a pharmacy, or if you have questions for the doctor or nurse. Multiple times, I have been delayed a week or more on being able to actually get a medication due to a missing rx prior authorization, due to such slow communications with this nurse team."

"Don’t try to go to this practice when you’re sick because they will just tell you to go to urgent care. I’ve had this as my PCP for over a year and never been able to go when I’m sick. Find somewhere that doesn’t put profits over patients"

"The practice is created to overcharge for visits, they add billing codes you didn’t even received a service for. They did it to me and my husband. When you ask for a physical that I know my insurance covers for free yearly, they managed to still bill you for i don’t know what. Because the office made up some excuse. Please be aware of the scam they’re running. Adding billing codes for service you didn’t receive is not ethical."

"Visited Dr. Fan for wellness checkup. Dr. Fan is awesome, but the office staff are terribly incompetent. They used wrong code and sent me an invoice. I called my insurance and then the office to get that resolved. Apparently, it wasn't resolved fully as now I received invoice from the lab for the same event. I called the lab and understood they did it wrongly and didn't fix it after my call when they said all are taken care off...liers. Now I'm calling them and they are referring from one extension to another without any solution....scam? I might think twice before going back now."

"Literally writing my first ever google review. A couple months ago I went to this office to get an annual as well as discuss some symptoms I'd been having. The Dr. walked in and started reading off the paper that I had filled out and saw that I circled "light exercise" as my level of exercise. He proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't be there for my kids or grandchildren if I kept up this type of lifestyle (did not ask any further questions and had known me for less than 5 minutes). I decided to ignore this and just move into the symptoms and mentioned another specialist had referred me to get a specific lab done. He basically told me all of my symptoms were due to lack of a healthy lifestyle and that if I lost weight things would be normal again. Fast forward to my labs coming in and being irregular and receiving not a phone call but a LETTER saying "live a healthier lifestyle" as the solution to my irregular bloodwork. I went to see a specialist in this field which is why I'm writing my review a couple months later, and found out I have an actual lifelong disorder that needed lifelong medication which was causing my weight gain, fatigue, and everything else preventing me from living this "healthier lifestyle". Keep in mind I used to exercise regularly and had only gained 20 pounds and had no idea why. If you're looking for a Dr. to judge you based on one answer you circled on a piece of paper, or chalk up your symptoms to basically being in your head feel free to go to this practice. If you want an actual medical exam from a caring healthcare professional looking for answers, I'd go somewhere else."
