"The staff and doctor on the primary care side are quite careless. Despite my inquiry about the doctor's return for my 12:00 pm appointment, they assured me she would be back by 1:30 pm. However, I ended up waiting until 2:15 pm to be taken inside. To make matters worse, the doctor didn't see me until 3:00 pm, even though there were only three patients in total. It's disappointing how little they seem to care about their patients and provide a subpar service. The service is disappointing, and it seems they lack concern for their patients, with staff audibly chitchatting and giggling in the background."

"I arrive and they said it’s $50 with my insurance. $50 is the same price as the consultant without insurance. I was like, o….k. I paid whatever. Then they said they’ll call me with my blood results 4 days. They never did so I had to call. Phone kept ringing and I get hung up several times. Finally they answered and they said I have to make an appointment to get the results explained to me. Already irritated at this point. So I get there the next day and I said I just want to pick up my results therefore I don’t want to see the doctor…and they said they couldn’t hand me the results like that because the doctor has to consult me about it and receptionist said I had to pay $50 still. I didn’t want to argue because I know she’s doing her job So I said no thank you I pass thanks. I’m not paying $50 for something that should’ve been told over the phone in the first place!"

"I called in the morning to make a appointment, front desk receptionist Lili told me I could come at anytime.She stated the clinic accepted walk ins.I got there at 12:00pm but she proceeds to tell me that she can make me appointment 1:30pm.Basically stating I have to wait whole 1:30 minutes until Im seen. I explained to her that why I spoke to her on the phone told her I would like to make a appointment she could have booked me for 1:30 instead she made me go through a huge inconvenience of coming and wasting my time. Extremely unprofessional of her part."

"A good friend referred me to this clinic, I will forever be grateful. I called and was able to get an appointment same day, even though I was 45 minutes late to the appointment I was still worked in an able to see the provider within 35 minutes of my arrival. I was promptly triage, and taken to a room. I failed to mention that the lobby area was clean and spaced out and that the patient information form was really quick all of two pages yet thorough. My experience with the provider was the cherry on top she was very knowledgeable very professional and able to assess my condition and called in my prescription before I even made it home. I love my PCP however I will come to this clinic again and I highly recommend it to anyone else who has minor injuries and wants a professional clean facility with great care and customer service."
