"SLOW! I’ve been to other Next Level locations and this one has got to be the slowest. Signed up online to be the first in line as there was no wait, got here and apparently there were four people in front of us. Waited over an hour to get to a room. Then another 20 mins for nurse. Then another 30 for the doctor. Then another 30 for X-ray. And probably gonna have to wait an hour for doctor. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Doctor was nice enough and seemed to knowledgeable. All the while I’m logging into the Urgent Care app and says there is no waiting list to be seen. I understand this isn’t completely accurate but it should be an indication of how busy they are. I won’t be rushing back to this location nor would I recommend it to anyone."
"Great professional staff who were friendly but harried as the clinic was short-staffed. Received text that an exam room was ready but on both visits still waited 15 minutes to go back. Lots of promise but not up to speed yet. Thanks to the great RN that helped me!"
"We had the best experience ever at an Urgent Care here at Next Level Urgent Care (Falcon Landing). For starters- they took us in 9 minutes before close, they did not rush us at all, and the NP Cynthia was absolutely phenomenal. We had gone in due to our almost 4 year old daughter busting her chin open on the toilet. There was a laceration and we were unsure if it needed sutures, so we brought her in just in case. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses were so helpful and kind. I am sad we are moving away from this area because this would have been our Urgent care of choice every single time! Thank you guys so much for your care and attention to your patients."
"I went to the Falcon Landing location last night with symptoms of Covid. Every aspect of the visit was superb, from the receptionist who checked me in, to the very efficient medical assistant who took vitals and gave me the Covid test, to the very warm and kind doctor who gave me the diagnosis, explained the treatment, and prescribed the medicine. It was the best possible experience, considering I was sick. I was in and out of the clinic fast. It was my first time to visit the clinic, and I will certainly come back if I ever have a need for quick medical care. Thank you to the staffers who helped me!"
"Next Level used to be my urgent care of choice until last November experience in Sugarland. I was so upset and through with them after they essentially messed up billing/coding/ remittance on their end and sent me a hefty bill. Falcon location was more convenient this time. Glad I gave them another try - best visit to date compared to Katy, Kingsland, or Sugarland. I like the many locations and ability to schedule ahead. This office seemed cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing than the others. Princess at the front desk was so patient and helpful with the “paperwork” and a small mechanical glitch with their card reader. This was the first time the front desk has properly verified my insurance vs the usual reply of showing inactive. Perhaps they have better trained staff now, but it used to be frustrating having to insist they check BCBS vs Availity to verify coverage and copay. Besides, it’s embarrassing going back and forth to prove coverage; patient responsibility is the premium, card, copay - not their verification process / system. That stress just leads to inaccurate elevated blood pressure during your visit. Thank God Princess knew what she was doing. Maria the MA was friendly and sharp. Dr Hollins took the time to listen to my concerns and address my symptoms. She had excellent bedside manner and was thorough in her treatment plan. I appreciate Dr Hollins’ care advice beyond a Rx… bc meds definitely are not always the answer! I ask a lot of questions which can annoy some. Despite such, I was in and out in less than an hour. Would recommend again after this visit."
