"Omg! I already left a review for this place but here it needs a new one! Unfortunately, my mother wanted to have faith in this trash place. The doctor's wife is a TRASH HUMAN BEING- if she can even be called that. She's the definition of racist and rude and downright horrible in general and ugly. She is rude and skips people as she pleases. I KNOW the staff also hate her guts but their hands are tied. Today she treated my mother horribly and left her waiting for hours for a BLOOD TEST and kept skipping her while her asian patients got to go as they came in. She made her blood pressure rise and that's DANGEROUS for a person with my mom's condition. She knows that but loves being mean and hateful and DOESN'T CARE. She's clearly in the wrong profession- she belongs at the dmv where kindness is not as needed as in HEALTHCARE. Then they manage to mess up taking a simple blood test and left her while she was leaking blood all over the floor. No one there to assist until another patient said something. This place is shady and TRASH. I'm so glad they finally convinced her to leave this place along with my poor aunts and uncles that were putting up with such trash. Please believe the reviews! Don't try this NIGHTMARE office!! ----------- OLD REVIEW: I do not recommend this office at all. I thought they had real concern for my mother but really all they want to do is scan her every visit, bill her insurance, and charge her $80 for each exam. The front lady with the glasses always says it's $80 but will only charge her $40. After I confronted her about why she needed scanning again and to provide the last results, they were only giving me one from August when it's already October. How do you need to give my mom an ultrasound right now when you don't even have the results from the last one???? Ridiculous. She went back for the last ultrasound today (against my wish and without me) and just messaged me that they charged her $80 dollars. I will be checking with her insurance today and if I find out something is off, I will be incredibly angry. BUT AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! THAT'S ALL. They will try to get you to get ultrasound after ultrasound after ultrasound for no real reason and worry you for no reason. And they only want to give you any test result in person and make you come in to bill your insurance every time."

"This place is an absolute JOKE, screening patients for tests that they never consented for, up coding bills to make more money, not appropriately scheduling patients, prescribing unnecessary amounts of medication & encouraging they go to their clinic that is up the road to profit more… STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! * The medical board will be hearing about all of this! *"

"As far as i know this is a good doctor who cares for his patient and more importantly he pointed out my health issues which other previous doctors did not and he fixed my health problem. Staffs helped me with bill from Quest. One lady even called Quest to fix some codes and it was resolved nicely. I came in for check up and other health issues. i was so glad he took care of me and my problem at the same time. i highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Nguyen to everyone i know."

"Honest review. worst Dr. Ever I have been a patient of Dr. Nyguen for quite some time now and called to make an appt for my father I've worked at a Dr office before so I know about scheduling. We were scheduled at 8am arrived at 758 am and the clinic opens at 8. 5 others were taken before us all vietnamese, which I found strange? It's like how many patients do you schedule at 8 ?! And on top of that previous to this appt the dr was very rude. I assume as a dr your suppose to hear and work with your patients concerns as well. But instead the response we received from the dr was well I can write a prescription for constipation take it and then we can see if it works, after telling him my father is using the rest room just fine! Then he says if not you can look for a different dr I'm the dr and I think I know best! Really and all we ask for was a referral for a ct scan of my father's abdomen! People this clinic also does fraudulent billing one don't be ignorant and stay up to date with what's billed! If their was a 0 rating I would've chosen that instead I'm very dissatisfied and will be changing my physician!"

"This place gives horrible service to their patients. We have had to return to their office multiple times to get a meningitis shot for my brother for college only to be rejected continuously. We called ahead to make sure they have the shot on hand the day of our appointment only to get there and have them say they gave the shot to someone else yesterday. Why would they say they had the shot in the first place after we explicitly ask them 2 hours in advance to check? Not only that, they said if we needed the shot immediately to just go to walgreens or a different physician. What kind of office tells their patient to go to other places for medical care? I will not be returning to this horrendous place that gives no regards to their patients and I suggest you do the same."
