"Not happy with them at all, not like their positive reviews. Young female receptionist on the phone gave me same information 2-3 times and when I drove there she told me something completely different. Sounded like the same girl too. I called before to reassure I didn’t waste my time going there and they could help me and was just given the run around and the exact opposite of what was said over the phone. Edit: The reply from the owner to this is extraordinary as they wouldn’t know if I visited or not. They never got my name or anything, just info about my condition and the receptionist even said she spoke with one of the doctors and they said I can come in, even recommended a time of the day and I went but was turned away saying “they couldn’t do that there”. ????? I was recommended to this place by my mom and am sure by the outside photos but never coming here again. I absolutely agree the review would be unfair if it wasn’t true, yet it is. It was an absolute waste of my time and completely unfair to me as I was in a lot of pain with something that needed to be treated which I already have no thanks to these people. They only care to reply that a review is “unfair” when it comes to their reputation yet it’s the truth. Again, never considering going here again. Was looking forward to having a good place to come to but not anymore. Review stays and is accurate. Not wasting my time in calling, they should’ve handled it better to begin with. Second edit….. I was never “seen”, I explained to the receptionist about what I was there for and she didn’t let me sign in or anything and when I called before to set up an appointment days before I got there she said I didn’t need an appointment and could walk in, please stop trying to tell me I didn’t go there when I clearly did. How insulting you’d prefer to make someone out to be delusional when I have my family who drove me to the clinic so I know it was here. Sorry for being honest about the waste of my time and letdown."
