"i was a patient for barely a year. no one (except Jose) who works here is competent at all. i work 8am-2:30pm Monday through Friday, and despite me telling the office workers over and over they still would disregard me and schedule my appointments in the middle of my work schedule. scheduling was always a nightmare. appointments were expensive despite having insurance. would never recommend to anyone that values their mental health. edit: funny how they try to blame the patient for their bad experiences. How hard is it to just apologize and own up to your mistakes? yes you FINALLY listened to me and updated my file in September but it took a whole year to actually do it. Multiple times they wouldn’t schedule my appointments (they would forget to put it in my file) and when they DID schedule my appointments they wouldn’t give me enough notice! Calling a few hours the day of is just not acceptable. Like i said in my original post: don’t go here, not worth the hassle, especially if you’re severely mentally unwell. These people are not dedicated enough."
