"I debated writing this but honestly I'm appalled with the service. I had an appointment for 5:30pm on Feb 26th, but i arrived a little bit early, mind you i get off at 430pm. I went to this location honestly as a random Google search, saw the reviews and thought to give them a try. I also wanted to get a regular checkup and had some concerns I wanted to discuss with the dr. From the time I walked in, it was nothing but unprofessional. The two girls at the front desk were not welcoming at all, and very awkward in how they interacted with me . I was instructed to "sign in" at the iPad kiosk that was sitting by the window, more so across the room. As I was doing so, one of the girls asked me, from across her desk what was wrong with me? Im thinking is this for real? Almost as if I'm just someone she's talking to on the street. I chucked it up to the fact that it was just us 3 , but my God that's so freaking unprofessional! No paperwork provided for me to sign, nothing. She then asked me if I had insurance i told her no. From there it just went downhill. BOTH girls looked at each other on what to do , as im just standing there. She then turns to look to the dr and asked her what to do. Im still standing there lost . The dr whose a an older lady, comes into the lobby and asks me what was wrong. I tell her all while still in the open talking, despite me feeling uncomfortable. My issues werent no where as shameful or bad to say out loud , but what if it was someone else in the lobby? They didnt even properly signed me in. Unprofessional all across the board. Whole time im thinking, is this a joke? So then they told me about the services that could be ordered on top of the visit. Not one of them, could produce a price for me. Or just even go over how scheduling for certain treatments affect appts. But this location claims they accept walk ins? I was basically turned away. They all looked at each other and told me to try the emergency location across the street. Which I understand, but my whole thing is they could've provided cost because I was presently there at that office. Its like they just immediately jump to the conclusion that that would've been an issue but not one person told me.By that time i already had it made up in my mind. I thanked them and left. Please provide this location some sort of patient care training this was honestly the worst I've experienced and it's not a good feeling to do to someone."

"My mom and I had the worst experience at this Memorial Hermann-Gohealth urgent care on Highway 6!! The staff is extremely rude and have no patience. After I was seen by the doctor my mom had went to the front desk to ask about how much she was going to get charged. Instead of helping us the lady immediately shut her off and told her that she was not in charge of the billing. Instead of trying to help us she continued to be extremely rude towards my mom when she was just asking a simple question. The lady called the doctor that saw us to try to resolve the issue. My mom then asked what services were going to be charged and both doctor and the front desk lady acted like they had no clue. They insisted that they had no idea what services were provided or going to be charged. Which seems very strange considering the doctor is the one that attended to us. They never tried reasoning with us and continued acting annoyed. Overall it was an awful experience and we will never be coming back."

"Wonderful experience! My daughter was sick and the staff was very attentive and empathetic. They were very prompt with little to no wait time. Also, we appreciated the professionalism and great bedside manner of the staff and physician. We felt very comfortable, heard, & seen."

The office was exceptionally clean, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. I was promptly called in, and PA Gracious was amazing. He took the time to thoroughly listen to my medical concerns and provided me with a range of suitable treatment options and went above and beyond to help me with my concern I came in with. I highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of medical assistance."
